In the spring of 2006, the organization, management and control model provided for by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 was adopted, by virtue of which a supervisory body (odv@mediolanum-farma.com) was set up to ensure the correct functioning of the model, and the Code of Conduct was disseminated, which establishes the ethical principles and conduct of all those operating within the Mediolanum Group.

All Group companies have adopted the Code of Conduct and those based in Italy have also adopted the Farmindustria Code of Ethics.
